Hey I am stuck in the water, and i can't figure a way out.

when facing the pretty door that you can see when you first enter the water, there will be a ledge in the left hand corner of the screen that you can jump up on. You should be able to figure things out from there.

If you mean HOW to get out, swim up to a relatively low ledge and press Alt.
