Attachment problem

Hello, I recently bought an attachment from the store to find out it doesent work, I put an attachment on a post and when it finished loading I can't even see it in my post?

How come?

At the bottom of the screen, in the box with the forum rules: does it say "You may post attachments" ?

EDIT : I worked out the file size is to big, sorry for any trouble caused.

Ok, I was wrong, it wasnt the file size.

I just want to get this damn attachment off and get a refund.

Could an admin kindly remove it and get me 125 credits back please?

The file size was 15k, the file was a JPG file, and thats it.
