Thanks on behalf of everyone involved for not hating the forums so far. The backlash from the move has been tiny to invisible, so hooray! I'm still expecting some sort of mega controversy to rock the proverbial boat (uNF) later tonight or something, but for now, thanks for the oh so warm response!

one thing that people haven't directly noticed is that unlike other lucasforums, this forum has not advertisememnts or banners. that i love.

okay, well i don't normally go down that far and so didn't notice it.

but apart from that, no others that i can see, and i love that, they don't clutter up the place as much as before. and no popups. that's just class!

Yes, a footer banner is indeed the way to go! All the advertisement without the uglyness.
