I believe you need to have a certain number of points to "buy" that ability. Unfortunately, I think it takes a lot more points than you currently have.

But how do I buy them,on my topic the dude said we can buy em with credits,this guy says we can buy with credits but how?

Look under how many posts you have...there should be a category called "Points". This is how many points you currently have. To earn points you must post messages on these forums, 2 points for each post (I think). After you have the sufficient amount of points, you can buy things like glowy names or image signatures at the Store. |
